VENDOR INFORMATION
We have begun registering vendors for Throwdown. You can email us at vendorsthrowdown@4fini.com to get rolling. Spaces will go very quickly, so please check frequently for responses from us.
In the meantime, below are some answers to questions that you may have:
- Vendor fees on Throwdown 2010 will be posted shortly
- Fees must be paid in cash, onsite, day of show- vendors must pay before they are allowed onsite
- Vendors are allotted a 10x10 space onsite and 2 working wristbands (no more, no less).
- If you would like to bring more than 2 people, those additional staffers will need to purchase tickets. We will exchange those tickets for working wristbands.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing all of their own product and supplies, including tents, tables, chairs, etc
- If you choose to vend at more than one show, you are responsible for transporting your crew and product between shows
- Throwdown DOES NOT offer bus space or truck space to vendors.
- Throwdown also DOES NOT allow vendors to have stages or performance spaces of any kind.
- If you are a record label that would like to come out to promote, please contact us for our rules and rates.
- Throwdown DOES NOT allow labels to sell merchandise from bands that are not on the tour.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
If you are a company looking to act as a sponsor on Country Throwdown Tour 2010, please send an email response to sponsorshipsthrowdown@4fini.com with a detailed description of your company and/or your product(s). Please also tell us what your goals for participation are, and how you plan to activate/represent your brand onsite. We have a sponsorship team that review potential sponsorships and put together deals for the tour. We would be interested in learning more about you and your brands. Throwdown DOES NOT offer sponsorships to bands. However if your band is able to secure sponsorship independently- we certainly encourage that you pursue that as a means of offsetting some of your touring costs. Only serious inquiries will be considered.

EMPLOYMENT
Thanks for showing interest in working with us on the Country Throwdown Tour. There are a few areas available and spots fill up fast. The Production team is already staffed for the upcoming summer. It’s a small crew and we’re covered. Sponsors sometimes ask for our help with staffing but the best way to work for a sponsor is find out who is activating on-site at the Throwdown Tour. This is usually an agency – contact them and if possible, start working on any of their other projects. Our Sponsors usually hire people who have worked with them throughout the year, and have promotional marketing experience, to go out on tours like Throwdown. If you’re interested in marketing, that’s your best bet. And, there are always the bands – some need merchandise personnel or crew. You’re on your own for that… Good luck – and we hope to see you out there, working, playing or otherwise!
